Cecile Sullivan-Rohrbach, FNP Returns to Western Maine Family Health Center

LIVERMORE FALLS—Western Maine Family Health Center in Livermore Falls will be welcoming Cecile Sullivan-Rohrbach back to the medical team in October. CeCe previously provided primary care at the health center for eight years. She is a family nurse practitioner who has been offering family healthcare in Maine since obtaining her master’s degree in Nursing from University of Southern Maine in 2007. In 1998, she obtained a BS in Human Nutrition and a BA in Women’s Studies from University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her areas of expertise include preventive medicine, women's health and ped­iatric care.

CeCe stated, “Western Maine Family Health Center and HealthReach offer wonderful resources for their patients, as well as a collegiality for both patients and providers to thrive in family practice.”

CeCe will be joining physician Michael Landrum and nurse practitioners Joline Sage and Michelle Sweetser who provide medical care to patients of all ages. In addition, Dianne Raymond offers adult psychiatric medication management and Alyson Byard assists patients with behavioral health needs. Western Maine Family Health Center joined the HealthReach family in 1987 and serves the towns of Canton, Fayette, Hartford, Jay, Livermore, Livermore Falls, and Sumner, as well as surrounding towns such as Chesterville, Farmington, New Sharon and Wilton.

Western Maine Family Health Center is part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a system of eleven Federally Qualified Health Centers in Central and Western Maine. Dedicated providers deliver high-quality medical and behavioral healthcare to citizens in over 80 rural communities. To ensure access to everyone, HealthReach accepts Medicare, MaineCare and major insurances. In addition, an Affordable Care Program is available to uninsured and underinsured residents as well as assistance with applications for programs that help with the cost of healthcare and medications, including the Health Insurance Marketplace.

A private non-profit with a 44-year history, HealthReach is funded by patient fees, grants and by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $4,053,390 with 82.5 percent financed with non-governmental sources.
