BINGHAM – Great news for residents of Bingham and neighboring communities: the Food-for-All Farm Stand has been extended into October, with the final date being Thursday, October 6!
Bingham Area Health Center’s low-cost farm stand, sponsored by the Maine Federation of Farmers’ Markets and Good Shepherd Food Bank, offers fresh, locally grown produce from local farms in Somerset County. Payment is accepted in cash and EBT.
The farm stand will be open from noon to 4:00 PM on Thursdays for the following dates:
• August 25
• September 1
• September 8
• September 15
• September 22
• September 29
• October 6
Fresh, local produce has so far been provided by Sweetland Farm (Starks), Dasher Farms (Fairfield), and Moodytown Gardens (Palmyra).
