Belgrade Regional Health Center Welcomes Jennifer Caudell

BELGRADE – Jennifer Caudell, MS, FNP-C, will be joining the medical team at Belgrade Regional Health Center this fall. “I come from a small community and will enjoy working in the close-knit setting of Belgrade,” stated Jennifer. “It is very important to me to listen to my patients and to meet them where they are on their healthcare journeys.” 
Jennifer obtained her Master of Science degree in 2009 from North Georgia College and State University where she previously completed both Associate and Bachelor degrees in Science. She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her areas of clinical expertise include pediatrics, college health, addictions and emergency medicine.

Jennifer will be joining Amy Madden, MD, who provides medical care to patients of all ages. In addition, Dianne Raymond, PhD, PMHNP, offers adult psychiatric medication management and Kimberly Patnode, LCSW, assists patients with behavioral health needs. The health center offers primary care to over 2,100 people from the Belgrade Lakes Region and beyond.
Belgrade Regional Health Center is part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a group of eleven Federally Qualified Health Centers in Central and Western Maine.
